User warn rules

ONLY ONE TOPIC WILL BE MADE.
The user warns will be like this with no bars: llllllllll
As the warns rise, a warn stick will be red: llllllllll
Once it reaches all red you will be banned for 3 days, then a week, then permanent.
Post anybody who you know has a warn but it is not posted upon here.
